STOCK PRODUCTS Returns of stock product must be authorized by a customer sales representative. Stock products that are returned will receive full credit with 7 business days of receipt.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS All sales of custom ordered products are final. Returns are accepted on custom orders on the rare occasion that there is a manufacturers defect in the material and must be authorized by a customer sales representative.
